1. Order Processing Time

All successfully confirmed and fully paid bag orders will undergo internal verification, product inspection and professional packaging within 1 to 5 business days. Weekends and official United States federal holidays are excluded from our daily order processing schedule.

Order processing cycles may be appropriately extended during large promotional events and peak order periods. We will actively send email reminders to all customers once there are notable delivery delays to ensure transparent order progress.

2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

All shipping fees for bag orders are calculated based on package volume, item weight and delivery destination. The final shipping expense will be automatically calculated and clearly displayed on the checkout interface before payment, with no hidden charges.

Our store adopts unified standard shipping service for all orders, with an estimated delivery period of 15 business days after outbound dispatch. The delivery time is only a reference standard. Actual arrival time may be affected by logistics carrier efficiency, customs clearance progress, extreme weather, regional logistics restrictions and holiday suspensions.

3. Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking

Once your bag order completes all pre-delivery procedures and is officially dispatched from our warehouse, you will receive an automatic shipment confirmation email containing your exclusive tracking number and logistics carrier details.

Logistics tracking data will be updated and available for online inquiry within 24 to 48 hours after the package is picked up by the logistics provider. If tracking information cannot be updated normally after the time limit, you can contact our customer service for manual inquiry and follow-up processing.

4. Incorrect Address Disclaimer

Customers shall take full responsibility for filling in accurate, complete and deliverable shipping addresses and valid contact information during order settlement. Please verify all delivery details carefully before completing payment.

GREGORY SHELTON assumes no liability for parcel misdelivery, delivery failure or package loss caused by wrong, incomplete or invalid address information provided by customers. Any packages returned due to address errors will require customers to bear independent reshipping costs, and the original shipping fee is non-refundable.

5. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is confirmed missing during transit, please submit a loss verification application to our customer support team within 7 calendar days after the scheduled delivery date. We will cooperate with logistics providers to investigate the incident and provide a reasonable solution promptly.

Bag products may experience extrusion damage, surface scratches or accessory loss during long-distance transportation. If you receive damaged goods, please contact our support team within 48 hours of receipt. You are required to provide clear photos of the outer packaging and damaged product parts to support our verification work. We will assess the actual situation and resolve the issue efficiently.

6. Bag Care and Usage Notice

All bag products sold in our store are equipped with exclusive care guidelines adapted to different materials, including leather, fabric and synthetic materials. Customers are requested to follow official instructions for daily use, storage and routine maintenance of the products.

Any product damage, fading, deformation and structural failure caused by improper cleaning, long-term damp storage, unauthorized modification or daily misuse will be the sole responsibility of the customer. Our store will not provide after-sales compensation and maintenance services for man-made damaged products.

7. International Shipping and Customs Notice

Cross-border international shipments may be subject to import duties, customs taxes and clearance fees formulated by the destination country’s local customs in accordance with foreign trade policies.

All customs-related fees incurred during international transportation are fully borne by the customer. Product prices and shipping fees collected by our store do not include any import taxes and customs charges.
